Many men: Some men either straight or gay get erections in the locker room. These are psychogenic erections because of possible conscious or unconscious thought going through the brain. Suggest you get under a cold shower, which should reverse the erection.

Here are some ...: Feeling pain after circumcision is expected but could be eased with judicious use of pain medication. In 1-2 days, the "real" post-circumcision should be over. Using drug to suppress erection so to avoid post-circ pain is thoughtful but unrealistic and not worth it since the potential side effects from those drug outweigh their use for this circumstance. Of course, you may ask your Doc.

Not much to help: This is a common problem in middle puberty or late adolesence and can be very embarrassing.  The good new is that it tends to go away on its own eventually.   Avoiding any accidental stimulation of the penis would probably help such as wearing looser clothing to prevent direct pressure

Time for checkup...: First things first, you should have a thorough checkup looking for things like diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol - all which can affect performance.  In fact, those are probably the top three reasons why men have erectile problems (throw smoking up there too - tobacco and marijuana).  Before anything else, you should have these checked first.

Unknown: Phentermine does not usually cause erectile dysfunction, but any drug can have any side-effect.  The way to find out is to stop the medication.  Many other medications and health or emotional problems could be the culprit.  If you get normal morning erections, but can't sustain an erection during sex, there may be an emotional or relationship issue.  If no morning erections, talk to doctor.
