Can Be: Often this can be related to how you direct it in your pants throughout the day. Some referred to this as "dress left or right", meaning do you locate it to the left or right of the crotch seam in your pants/underwear . Or, maybe you direct it upwards. No worries, as long as all functions are doing OK. If unsure, see the Urologist. Good Luck.

Probably Can't: Generally, curves develop during puperty, unless there is an injury to the penis and scar tissue develops, which does not allow the penis to erect in its normal fashion.

Penis: Yes you probably have an erection. Do not try to force it to bend as you will damage the corpus callosum and may develop a bend  that may need surgical correction.

No luck: It is unlikely that either surgery or exercise will change to curvature at this point.  Most likely, the curve is due to a small amount of scar tissue developed when the penis becomes aroused.  As long as the curve is not interfering with the function of intercourse, i would recommend leaving it alone.

Whatever is most: comfortable.   In the case of tight bathing suits, its more modest to bend it down.
