Sun protection.: You can wear clothing with  UPF rating of 25 to 50 so that your arms don't tan darker. In regards to your face - wear a hat with a brim and always use your sunscreen. The difference in color will fade with time.

i am having dark patches in exposed areas of my body like face and arms.i have very rough skin a little itching cuts my skin.please help?

Sunburn: Sunburn can give those dark spots on skin exoosed to sunlight.  Use sunscreen and avoid long hours exposure to sun.

i get a good, excited tingly sensation in my arms and head when my body is rubbed or massaged.  is that normal? are there any bad effects it causes?

Rush in the head : Several things come to mind. Changes in blood pressure; from dehydration, anemia, faulty brain signals,   or temperature changes or low blood sugar. Then there are patients who describe this symptom that is an expression of mental health issues like anxiety. The best way to figure this out is to speak to your primary care doctor

Protect it.: For lighter skin – always protect your skin. 1. Use a broad spectrum sun screen with a high SPF. Apply as often as needed. 2. Wears hat or other clothing to protect skin from Sun’s UV rays. 3. Try to avoid mid-day sun.  A medication like hydroquinone may take months to work and usually it’s use would be limited to a particular site on the body.

Sunscreen: Exposure to the sun can increase the risk for skin cancer later on.  Anyone spending a significant amount of time in the sun would benefit from applying sunscreen with the highest SPF (sun protection factor) available, preferably above SPF30.  This also can protect against sun tanning, and allows skin to return to its non-sun-exposed color naturally.

starting last night i have had irregular shaped patches of goosebumps on random places over most of my body (head, neck, back, arms, legs).

Goosebumps: May be  eczema which can be related to allergies or  I have seen strep cause it , or may be early psoriasis an autoimmune state , or   fungal infection ( pink/ reddiish??). or pitryiasis rosea a viral rash that resolves in 6-8 weeks or  keratosis pilaris- plugs of dead skin more prominent in dry winter weather-. f/u/ w/ doc
