One : One thing that is positive is that even though you have not been aware of fetal movement for the last two days that  your baby has a heartbeat and is alive.  Normal fetal heart rate is 120 to 160 beats per minute. Fetal bradycardia is less than 120 beats per minute for 10 minutes or longer. Fetal tachycardia is a heart rate of that is faster than 160 beats per minute for 10 minutes or more. Early decelerations occur when the fetal heart rate is below baseline and return to the baseline by the end of the contraction. It is a normal response. In late decelerations, the fetal heart rate drops well after the contraction starts begins and return to baseline after the contraction ends. There are also variable decelerations. They will normally study the the decelerations to determine if they are normal. If the decelerations are abnormal, they would then take whatever medical actions were appropriate.
    Did they diagnose you with braxton hicks contractions?  If so, make sure you are hydrating well. You may need to lie on your left side when you have the contractions. Try not to let your bladder become full.

Unlikely: During pregnancy your baby is protected by your immune system.When you were a kid, your past infections with this or other viruses gives you long term immunity which will protect the baby. If you get this one from your 1yo then baby may have some effect but the actual effect would not be known.Get  a flu shot this season because you are likely not immune to that & it could hurt you & baby.

Chlamydia : Chlamydia can only be cured with a prescription antibiotic, so you do need to see a doctor - and the sooner the better! many people who have chlamydia are also infected with other sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea, so testing is very important for proper treatment. You may need multiple medications if you have multiple infections. If you are a woman and do not get tested and treated in a timely manner, the infection can spread to your uterus and fallopian tubes (called pelvic inflammatory disease) and can lead to severe illness and/or infertility.
