It's possible: Washing  the vagina after intercourse might make a difference, but no guarantee.  You are obviously very concerned about this since you have posted the question several times.  If your ejaculated entered the vagina or was on the external vaginal lips, pregnancy is a possibility.  The farther away the ejaculate was, the smaller the possibility.  Use a pregnancy test or wait and see.  Good luck.
