Burning pains: This is a tough question to answer without enough medical history.  There are many different types of syndromes, metabolic, traumatic, congenital, and disease processes that can present with this type of symptomatology.  I would recommend you see your pcp if this is current/worsening issue.

Many things: can cause your symptoms!  There are a number of things that can cause your temperature to go up (viruses/bacteria, even things like hyperthyroidism!)  Sometimes our blood vessels will dilate as a way to lower our body temperature, especially in warm environments - this causes the feet and hands to feel hot.  I would see your doctor if it doesn't improve!

Acrodynia: The best sense i can make out of the symptoms you report is a rare condition called "acrodynia" (which means painful hands & feet). This is usually due to heavy metal poisoning like from mercury, etc. Otherwise you may have a painful peripheral neuropathy, which can be due to something like a cyst in the spinal cord or from unknown causes. Best to see a doctor to clarify.

Consider Raynaud's: Cold hands and feet can be triggered by stress, cold water and cold ambient temperature. You should be evaluated for possible raynaud's which is a vasomotor spasm of the small vessels in the fingers, toes, noes and ear lobes.
