what is the best treatment for swollen feet and ankles at 35wks pregnant? soaking in hot or cold water? and how to keep the swelling to a minimum?

Elevation: Elevate your  feet, rest drink lots of  water. That  should  help to reduce  swelling. You should also contact your md if you are  swelling  and  she is  not aware. Sometimes  swelling  can be seen with high blood pressure  during  pregnancy.

body constanlty freezing especially my back,feet & hands nomatter how warm i try to keep. started sleeping with hot water bootle on my feet but it take about an hour for my body to start accepting the heat.can it be cold water i drank when pregnant?

Get checked: for hypothyroidism and/or thyroid dysfunction as well as anemia. Not from water.

if more blisters are popping up everyday and the pain is increasing should i get my burn looked at again? it's a second degree burn caused by dropping a pot of hot soup on my foot and ankle. i am also 24 weeks pregnant.

Neuropathy?: You may have neuropathy, which can be caused by diabetes, vitamin deficiency, or other things.  You should see your doctor to be checked.  You may need blood tests and/or an EMG (electromyogram).  In the meantime, try uncovering your feet at night to see if this helps.  Good luck!
