Need physician help: first, you need to document that you really have a fever.  Check your temperature every 4 hours around the clock for a few days.  Presuming it to be up at night, you need to see your physician for a thorough evaluation.  Both your home life and your medical future require it.

Hormonal changes?: Those symptoms possibly due to menopause if associated with night hot flashes, sweating, irritability, mood changes, vaginal dryness, stress incontinence/leaky urine, insomnia. Check with your doctor for a better assessment and good history and physical. . Remember, menopause its not a disease, it's a normal stage in the life of a woman.

Any medical history such as thyroid issues or diabetes..?
Your feet are quite complex and nocturnal discomfort, fatigue, etc...Is very common.
Change what you can during the day to prepare for the evenings. Wear supportive shoes, inserts, and sockwear during the day. Stretch hip to heel prior to slumber and use ice to massage your feet before bedtime.
See your pcp !

: Continue to monitor your temperature.  Watch for signs of cough and shortness of breath. If this occurs, a screening test is indicated.  Pre menopausal symptoms are another possibility.

Measuring Temp: Most accurate measure of core body temperature is to collect some urine and immediately measure the temperature.  You can then measure your surface body temperature. You can rent an IR measuring device and scan your body to see if you have any unusual skin findings!

It is normal for a person's temperature to fluctuate over the course of the day. We are coldest in the morning and warmest in the late afternoon to early evening. It is also normal to be hotter after exercise or being in a warm environment.
