Infection : Feeling rigors, chills and fever may indicate you have an infection in your bloodstream called sepsis. I would go to the ER immediately. At your age, these may also be a menopausal hot flash.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor.  Depending your age, it may be an issue similar to menopause in females.

i've been feeling really hot all over but i don't have a fever and im not hot to the touch and i want to now what it could be?

Nerve irritation: As a diabetic at age 24, you may be having some reaction to something in your environment, diet or medications.  It may even be related to your blood sugars if poorly controlled, though usually diabetic neuropathy typically starts in the toes, feet and legs.
Review relation to any use of alcohol, supplements, skin preparations, soaps, laundry fabric softeners etc.  F.U. With doctor if progressing.

woke up feeling fine. ate a little and drank some fluids. 30 minutes later started feeling really fatigue an slight nausea and hot all over.

Fatigue nausea: May be vasovagal,dehydration,  may be GERD/ gastritis with or without H pylori a stomach bacteria  May be pregnancy check HCG, would also check thyroid and consider checking gallbladder.  UTI can cause unusual symptoms- especially as one gets older- so check urine  and check throat for strep. rarely i have seen non standard presentations. if fever may be infection f/u w/ doc

gallbladder removed laparoscopically yesterday. low grade temp at 99.1 but feel hot all over. is this common? otherwise have usual post op symptoms.

Be checked: A post op temperature may be expected but infection cannot be excluded. Call your surgeon for advice or be seen. I hope you feel better.

Chest pain means: Go to the emergency room.  If you do not have a heart situation going on find out what it is.  It MAY be muscle pain or a digestive issue but you need to be clear on what is going on.  Peace and good health.

: Stress has nothing to do with the described symptoms. If these persist, you need to see your primary doctor for a thorough exam.

my skin has been red and hot all over my body (except my face) after playing basketball for an hour. slightly itchy as well. is this a rash frm sweat?

No: Some people when they exercise will get a histamine response that can cause red parches to appear, somewhat similar to an allergic reaction.  It seems to be more common in people who exercise irregularly and often gets better with more regular conditioning.

when i walk long distances especially when it's cold my legs get hot all over and itch terribly. what kind of allergy is this and is there a remedy?

Leg pain: This could be because of blood vessel constriction from being exposed to cold for a long time. See you doctor if it is getting worse to be examined.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
