Depends on variables: Heart failure requires that it not keep up with the metabolic demands of the body by pumping nutrients around at an appropriate level for need. If your heart is injured by infection or otherwise (drug, injury) it would begin to fail. My first thought would be an infectious process.If the docs haven't found a reason they should keep looking.

Yes but: It's going to be complicated. The reason for the CHF should be fully explored and remedied to the extent possible. If she is not well compensated, her risk and the risk to the baby will be considerably increased. A cardiologist should be consulted to assist the obstetrician through the pregnancy, labor and delivery.

NO: If you take Coreg for heart failure  whatever reason..., Adderall is a stimulant and can increase heart rate and blood pressure . It is opposite effect of Coreg. ( it would offset its benefits and possibly cause harm) . Consult your MD before taking any medications - especially if " left overs". Try best in healthy nutrition , low salt, moderate exercise. Continue attend AA.

CHF: I presume you mean congestive heart failure. Frequently warm hands aren't a problem but if you are short of breath and shaky, then you should get seen as soon as possible.

The most common are doxorubicin, cyclophosphamide, and trastuzamab.  This doesn't mean that they should not be used but that their use should be carefully monitored. Alcohol, cocaine, and amphetamines can also cause heart failure.

Yes: Heart healthy diet particularly low in salt and exercise training can help improve heart failure.  However certain medications such as beta blockers, ace or arb and Aldactone (spironolactone) improve survival and should be taken if so advised by your cardiologist.
