i got surgery done on my pinky toe and i have a walking shoe. i can't walk in it without looking like a horse! it doesn't bend! how do i walk normal ?

Talk to your doctor: Usually the surgical shoe is meant to accomodate the dressing.  Ask your doctor if you could use an old sneaker that could be cut open instead.   Depending on the type of procedure done, that may be fine.

They may : Not be supportive - I am not familiar with the particular style of shoe 
though.

Potentially nothing: A horseshoe kidney is a developmental anomaly of the kidneys where the lower ends are joined together.  This means that the joined kidneys tend to be located somewhat lower than "normal" kidneys.  In addition, there tends to be a higher risk of having associated drainage issues of the kidneys and potentially kidney stones as well.   See a urologist for an evaluation.

Horseshoe shape: Not dangerous. Right ; left kidney are fused together at the lower end. Isthmus or junction between the kidneys can be of variable thickness varying from think kidney tissue to just a fibrous band. Not dangerous. Can be cause of microscopic hematuria (blood in urine), occasionally responsible for mid-abdominal pain. Can be associated with hydronephrosis due to mild partial ureteral obstruction.

Yes need drs: To evaluate and come up with a plan to treat the eye and nose problems. Maybe there is nothing to be done, but maybe there is lots to be done. You will not know until you make an appointment.

i hit the top of my head on a medal bar while getting up fast from bending down to tied my shoe. i have a headache, my eyes are twitching and imsleepy?

You may have had a: concussion and this may be the result.  Please make sure to see a doc and continiue w/him/her until your symptoms have resolved.  Such symptoms go away slowly but there are lots of reasons to hope.  Peace and good health.

my left eye keeps watering. the stuff that usually forms there is now also slightly yellow. and when i say it waters, it water a lot. especially if i bend down to tie my shoe laces. ?

See: Recommend seeing your physician. Possibly ophthalmologist. Possible cause may be infection, conjunctivitis, foreign body, sty, etc. Temporary use of eye drops such as Refresh may help. May require antibiotic eye drops/treatment.

has any patient reported blemaphide eye drop cause redness on face and hoarseness?  i am trying to find out the cause of these 2 recent symptoms.

Yes: it is probably allergy to the sulfa drug

sorry to be obsessive i had urine on clothes and subconsciously wiped face with clorges not sure if went in eyes also touched shoes with urine. hiv?

Unlikely: It's unlikely you contracted HIV from urine on clothes.  Hope that helps.

i ride horses and dust gets kicked up in the air and i have the burst blood vessel in the corner of my left eye will the dust affect it?

Accepted Answer

Probably not: You are describing a subconjunctival hemorrhage, which causes a small area of bleeding in the conjunctiva of the eye.  Usually this is caused by mild/moderate trauma--such as aggressive rubbing.  Although the dust may have led to the burst capillary (by causing you to rub the eye) it is unlikely that more dust will worsen the issue.  Get a good set of protective sunglasses to keep the dust out.
