my hubby is 31 years old.he has high fsh(52.5), small testis. we are trying for 2 years.is there any treatment so that we can have our own baby?regards

Unlikely : You don't mention his testosterone level but with an fsh that high, i assume it's low. Has he had a chromosome analysis for klinefelters syndrome ? If his testes are small, whatever the cause of his low t has probably been going on for a long time making it unlikely that he makes sperm. He should get a sperm count. See a fertility specialist.

Need more info: I need to know what your FSH, testosterone levels are. Do you have a varicocele? Have you been on testosterone therapy which shrinks your testicles?

Testis: No, one testicle usually produces enough hormone.

Not always...: The size of testes highly vary.  It will work well for sexual function and sperm production. If in doubt and concerning or facing the issue of infertility, see urologist and do semen analysis to check the quality of sperms. For detail, ask urologist.

Will not enlarge: There is no medication which will enlarge testes. Testes will also not enlarge  any more after puberty.

Endocrinologist: I suggest seeing an Endocrinologist. They need to check hormone levels on you and also measure some enzymes that deal with pathways in adrenal gland too.

PRL not high: Hi. Your total testosterone is low, but your prolactin (PRL) is not elevated. Your LH and FSH are inappropriately normal for your low testosterone. Did you ever go through a normal puberty, or not? There are many considerations. You need to see an endocrinologist for a full evaluation.

will i need chemo or radiation therapy? i had a testicular tumor removed a month ago and the whole testis a few days ago.  dont know yet if it spread.

Need path & staging.: The answer to your question depends on a couple of factors. First is the final pathology after removal of the testicle. The type of tumor, whether it is benign, seminoma, non-seminoma, or some other type is very important in future management. Second is staging: ct scan of the abdomen, sometimes chest & sometimes head is done to look for spread. These two factors are needed to know  your options.

my dad was having slight pain near testis area he had sonography shows moderate varicocle in both testis. is it serious. precautions & treatment pls?

Varicocele: not serious.  Tight fitting underwear and anti inflammatories  may help.

this is very often i feel a slight pain in my left testis whenever i have a sexual thought, there is no swelling and nothing else. i feel better if i have an inter course with my wife during this pain. kindly suggest a treatment while i am away from ?

Testicle pain : It's uncertain what can be the problems without an examination and ultrasound of the testicle. I wonder if you have a cyst around the testicle or swollen veins about the testicle
