Is it still ongoing?: As a young man, if you are active or moving things, this pain should be improving or gone now.  Otherwise, you need to better describe the location and duration for starters.  If getting worse, you may need to undergo tests.

Chest pain: Could be pericarditis, of which there are multiple possible causes, though pain from this is usually alleviated by sitting up and leaning forward. Ibuprofen usually helps with pain and inflammation, but better to get checked out first.

Could be arthritic : Could be arthritic changes or degenerative disc disease. When you bend to the right, the nerve roots get irritated.

Arthralgias: It sounds like you have at least general arthralgias and "joint pains."  there are numerous causes, so you should see a dr. To get properly DX and treated.

Tailbone pain: You have sufferred a traumatic injury to the tailbone area and may have even fractured the tailbone.  You do need to consult with your doctor about this to see if you require any treatment.

Conservative rx : Initial team is conservative.  Gentle range of motion exercises. Anti-inflammatory like Motrin or Naprosyn (naproxen). Soak in the bath with Epson salt and Warmwater 20 minutes/day x 3.  Request muscle relaxer, mild, from Primary care doctor. If symptoms persist, then you need to be in person

Headaches: Left sided headaches that change with bending or stooping are difficult to define without further clinical information and an examination. Most often they are due to a neck strain and muscle spasm. Because the headaches have been ongoing for four days the best course of action is to see a neurologist/neurosurgeon who can define the type of headache and prescribe a treatment to eliminate them.

Cant: Variant of normal unless your penis bends too much (peyronie's disease) causing pain with erections, then you may require evaluation for best treatment option. A new fda approved drug ( xiaflex) may be an option. See a urologist if this is problematic.
