Get help.: Thoughts like that are really alarming and should not be part of our normal experience. I would recommend seeing your physician or psychiatrist as soon as possible. Don't take any chances and get some help.

See doc now: You need to see a psychiatrist immediately.  Alternatively, go to the er now.  These thoughts can be treated but this requires counseling as the first step followed by medication for control.  The danger of waiting is that you don't know what your mind will do next so you want to avoid any problems before they can happen.

Schizophrn.+violence: Contrary to popular myth, most schizophrenics rarely get it together for assault or capital crime.  So majority of time, sc folks keep to themselves, may show odd, disorganized speech+behavior, have poor social/work function. Sc paranoid type, tho, due to anger and suspiciousness can "misinterpret" people and things around them, and lash out from fear or false belief others up to no good, mean harm.

Probably not: The first signs of suicidal or homicidal behavior tend to be either depression or a general lack of concern for the well-being of others.  While someone that impulsive may make a decision the harm themselves or others, we are more interested in suicidal or homicidal thoughts as a precursor to such behavior.

Does not call you back immediately, than call the nearest emergency room or 911 and ask them for a crisis number/hotline where you can discuss your feelings with a trained professional.  If you have suicidal/homicidal thoughts with an action plan, call 911 as you may need emergent treatment for your ; others safety.
