hello , i have white sticky patches on the penis and under the covered skin(itching) maybe it is lichen sclerosus . so may i know how this caused ? does it curable permanently ? what is the home remedy for this ? how to prevent it ? thank you?

: Keep the area clean and dry and apply OTC hydrocort ointment for a  week or so. If not better pl see a Urologist. Self diagnosis is dangerous and from your description the diagnosis is wrong. Good luck

Having a foreskin means needing to maintain good hygiene.  Daily retraction and cleaning is key. Otherwise inflammation of the foreskin and head can occur.  Over time this can scar the foreskin, making it difficult and painful to retract.
Circumcision can fix this problem.
