No: White discharge is normal during pregnancy unless there is a foul odor or itching (signs of infection). There is no home remedy to make it go away because it is a normal part of pregnancy and means your body is doing what it is supposed to. Putting something in your vagina to change the discharge could cause and infection or hurt the baby and should not be done

Ginger: Probably the simplest way to reduce nausea is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger.  Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organ ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.   Please talk with your obstetrician for signficant problems with nausea & vomiting.

In general the doctor is looking for a thickness &gt; 6 mm which is associated with higher success rates. Yes: Iui is the acronym for intrauterine insemination.  Sperm is ejaculated-  washed-concentrated and then introduced with a thin catheter-the size of a small straw into the uterine cavity (no more uncomfortable than a pap smear).  This gives almost a two times greater likelihood of conception when compared to timed intercourse.

Conception can be achieved , but u want assure ovulation on good the tube.
