: hard to diagnose without an exam. With your history it could just be an irritation or local infection. Try keeping area clean with soap and water, applying OTC cortisone cream for a few days. If not better pl see a Gyn

Gentle cleaning: If gentle cleaning of the area with a non irritating soap like Dove, Caress or Ivory don't work, then it is significantly adherent and better served to have a GYN MD evaluate the clitoris for any further actions.

GYN MD visit: Sometimes there is a physical reason for a lack of sensitivity is this area that can be ruled in or out by the GYN MD exam. If that is negative, psychological or relationship issues are next up to be addressed by a therapist.

Unrelated: Most low back pain, if related to a pinched nerve, involves the lumbar nerves.  The vagina and clitoris are ennervated by the sacral 2 and 3 nerves.  If you can feel soft touch or pain, then the nerves are intact.  Many things, including chronic pain,  can cause depression and hormone imbalance which can affect your libido.

good day, i am currently 31 weeks pregnant and experiencing extreme sensitivity of my clitoris. i have also experienced quite a lot of discharge, no odor and white ish colour. is this a cause for concern? any advise?

Normal: As one gets closer to term, there is increased engorgement of the pelvic tissue which would increase clitoris sensitivity.  The hormones of pregnancy tend to increase vaginal discharge.  Do get checked by your Gyne if there is odor, pelvic pain, or unprotected sex with a new partner.

Trauma: Trauma to the urethra may also have occurred which would cause urinary symptoms. Associated urinary burning would make a urinary tract infection more likely. A clean catch urine culture and colony count is needed to diagnose a UTI which would need treatment. Vaginal and clitoral trauma will eventually heal with avoidance of rough technique. A vaginal discharge would indicate possible infection.

Depends how large: Girls with adrenal hyperplasia can have a very large clitoris & pediatric urologists are experts at performing reduction clotoroplasties whilst preserving most of the glans clitoris with it's nerve supply. So called clitoral recession is a rotten procedure as subjects later have painful "erections" of the confined clitoral shaft. Mild to moderate enlargement-> no problem, partner may find exciting.

Clitoroplasty Surger: Reduction clitoroplasty is the best option. God forbid a clitoridectomy (amputation).Not many surgeons have experience with this surgery & are mostly experienced pediatric urologists as we take care of girls with adrenal hyperplasia which can cause a greatly enlarged clitoris.Glans clitoris must be preserved, whilst removing some erectile tissue from the shaft on each side.Please comment if u wish.
