At your age: Its may be a hemmorroids, or tear in the skin called a fissure.  As you age it could point to colon cancer and if you have a strong family hx it's not impossible at your age though very rare.  Try to reduce constipation by using MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) and go in if it's heavy, i may be missing something. Gd luck.

Fissure or other: Many things can cause bleeding and pain. Is the pain associated with bowel movements? Is there diarrhea? A fissure is a tear in lining of the anus and causes pain and bleeding. Hemorrhoids can also cause both. However, this should be checked.

Well put-fissure: Anal fissures are tears in the lining of the anus, kind of like chapped lips at the other end.  Pain is acute, sharp, tearing, during defecation.  Associated with constipation, and/or tight anal sphincter.
Of course, could be other stuff including infalmmation, ulcer, tumor.

Depends: It really depends. It's possible that you don't have a yeast infection but instead an std, or that you have hemorrhoids and they are acting up, or something entirely different.

I would really need a full story as well as an examination to be able to evaluate bleeding from the bottom.

Anal fissure bleed: Large constipating bm usually leads to an anal fissure which is a chronic sore in the anal skin usually front or back.  Bleeding can occur any time a bm occurs and can be profuse.  Initial rx is making stool soft, sits baths, and healing ointments/creams (not prep-h). Surgery is sometimes needed to cure the problem by cutting some muscles @ the anal opening.

Yes: That shouldn't happen. You need to use lubrication (but not vaseline or petroleum jelly on a condom).  If there is continued bleeding, see a doctor - it could be a rectal tear or fissure.  That increases the risk of infection, including STDs as well.
