Maybe: Brain hemorrhages have multiple causes but usually have a significant headache associated with them.  There can also be neurological deficits like weakness or tingling.  If you have any thoughts that a hemorrhage is possible, you should seek medical attention for evaluation immediately!

Subarachnoid bleed: Certain patient has artherosclerosis which is hardening of elastic artery which can be broke when sudden high pressure develops. No abnormalities can be seen until it perforate and bleed, most of time, high blood pressure related, as " subarachnoidal hemorrhage".

Yes and no: Usually drs order scans to see the brain when pts. Have symptoms. Ir  bleeding is present it may correlate with  headaches, dizziness, paralysis or any symptom. Bleeding may worsen causing death if not tx. Small bleeding may dissolve by itself.

Not generally: Psilocybin mushrooms can cause hallucinations via affecting serotonin receptors in your brain, but stroke or "brain bleed" is not likely.  It is much more likely with Cocaine and amphetamine-type drugs.

Are you asking about the risk for a stroke of some sort? Or a neurologic deficit from the spinal cord due to a brain issue? Please explain if you want... Sorry!

: This has been already answered and will repeat: Eliquis will not cause a brain hemorrhage on its own, but if an aneurysm ruptures or trauma causes bleeding, there will be far less tendency to clot and stop the event.

Variable: It depends on the direction of the force acting on the head and where the head is hit. It also depends if the head strikes anything after the initial impact. A moderate blow to the head can cause bleeding, but this isn't that common. The harder the impact, the more likely that bleeding will occur.
