Conclusive: This was a zero risk exposure, or close to it. Nobody has ever been known to catch HIV by fingering, even with cuts on the fingers. In any case, the test you had is conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the exposure. There is no secondary window period (which you might have read about online-- an urban myth). No more testing is needed.
