my man had a semen analysis done they wouldn't say if he was infertile or not they just said he has a high white blood cell count what does that mean?

Infection: First of all you need to be told all of the results of the test, such as the counts, morphology, viability, motility and volume results. Wbcs in the specimen may suggest prostate infection and this can affect sperm count and quality.  You need more information.

Worry won't help: You may have a smoldering chronic prostatitis or epididymitis. Without symptoms, I wouldn't be in a hurry to treat. Your physician is the one to ask. I hope your wish to be a father is fulfilled.

i have bilateral varicocele grade 2. i did the semen analysis and it passed the who criteria sperm count: 700 mil sperm conc: 200 mil motility:70% morphology:80% but i have 6/8 wbc hpf in semen. should i worry , also should i seek varicocele treat?

: Significant leukocytospermia is defined as more than one million leukocytes per milliliter of semen; the number of white cells is not correlating well with true leukocytospermia. Yes, varicocele increases the risk of leukocytospermia but less likely causes fertility in your case. There is no absolute indication for surgery. You should wear athletic supporter and avoid prolonged straining.

Seminal vesiculitis?: Nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) can follow oral sex,. There has been no research on the exact causes; maybe an inflammatory reaction to normal oral bacteria. Two years later, your possible seminal vesiculitis, maybe due to E. faecalis, probably has nothing to do with your past NGU. You should be should be in care of a urologist and be evaluated for bacterial prostatitis . Good luck.
