i had urinalysis done tonight because of a kidney stone my one question i have is squamous epi cell normal in the urine i see the normal range is 0-3 and mine was 5-10 what could that mean?

Nothing: I would set nothing by this. It's hard to give a midstream clean-catch urine every time.

Kidney stones: It may be the blood and crystals are from a recent episode of kidney stones. If there are crystals though and you've had kidney stone before,  consider seeing your PCP or a kidney specialist to test if you are at risk for future episodes by checking for certain predisposing conditions.

Yes: Kidney stones are of different sizes. Some are as big as a golf ball or more and some are minute crystals like sand or gravel. Also, some are very small and not even noticeable. Many have crystals in urine that are visible only under the microscope.

Anything else?: By itself, this means nothing. Crystals most often are harmless and simply reflect salts of various types precipitating as the urine cools to room temperature. Your physician has a duty to explain how this fits into the big picture.

Normal urinalysis: Epithelial cells in urinalysis are entirely normal, with increased numbers if the specimen is not carefully collected by "clean catch". They have nothing at all to do with kidney stones.

Probably: Is the pain on the same side as the kidney stone was?

Please see your doctor. You may be passing a kidney stone. Given its size, there's a good chance it will pass on its own. Please strain your urine, stay hydrated, and obtain adequate pain control. This may require a trip to the ed or multiple visits with your doctor. An urologist may need to become involved if this persists more than 2 weeks.

passed a 6mm kidney stone and still have brownish urine, what does this mean?

Unclear: This could be due to residual irritation of the urinary tract if you had blood initially.  You should have a repeat urinalysis and urine culture, and then a hematuria workup (urine cytology, imaging ctscan, and cystoscopy=camera to look in bladder) at the discretion of your physician.
