Depends.: Mch is the hemoglobin amount in a single red cell.  Mchc is the concentration of hemoglobin in a single red cell,  low MCH but high MCHC says the red cell is small, but has lots of hemoglobin packed inside it.  Mch and MCHC or only used to determine the cause of anemia.  By themselves, without anemia, there may not be any meaning to this.  These changes can occur with hemolytic anemia.

Repeat test.: Increased values occur in the presence of congenital or acquired spherocytosis or in other congenital hemolytic anemias in which red cells are abnormally desiccated.

Having said that, none of your results are a cause for concern. Do follow your doctor's advice for follow-up care. Next time you get the test done, drink a couple of glasses of water in the morning before the test.

Can't tell: Isolated labs are not how doctors make diagnoses. History is the most important part of a medical evaluation. Why were the labs performed? The  mpv is a measure of average platelet size; it is only meaningful if platelets are decreased. Mildly elevated igm levels can indicate infection or immune dysregulation. The  RDW and MCHC are red blood cell properties. Many healthy people have these results.

Anemia: Anemia is defined by a hemoglobin or hematocrit below "normal"  Normal is specific to age and sex.  Borderline low is still normal. High MCV could indicate folate (folic acid) or B12 deficiency, but this is not supported by low MCHC which might be seen with iron deficiency (which would actually cause the MCV to be low). All in all this then appears to be a normal variant - consider repeating in a few months.

Question significanc: MCHC is rarely of use as a test as long as you are not anemic(have a normal Hemoglobin(Hb) level). So tell us about your Hb. If it is &gt;12 Gms, you can forget about your MCHC, as it has no significance unless you are Anemic(Hb &lt;12 Gms)

Need the numbers: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have been helpful to have the actual numbers. High MCH and MCHC in themselves are not a cause for concern. High folic acid is okay too.

Stop worrying: As a pathologist / lab physician, i often wish we didn't even have to report percentages -- they mean nothing apart from absolute values, and even these fluctuate chaotically / meaninglessly. Reference ranges are set so that several % of healthies fall outside; low RDW never means anything and the MCHC looks fine to me. Go enjoy your healthy body ; pay attention to how you feel, not numbers.

29 y/o f, normal cbc except slightly high mchc 34.90 (31.50-34.50g/dl) & lymphocytes 4394 (abs. count); total wbc: 8,450. should i worry? no symptoms.

Normal as written: These counts appear normal without having the benefit of the rest of the white cell distribution and the hemoglobin and hematocrit and platelet counts.  I am curious as to why you had the blood test in the first place--was it routine screening or did you have a medical reason for getting the test.
