Depends on cause: High creatinine is usually due to kidney failure, acute or chronic and treatment depends on the cause and severity of failure. Low creatinine is not dangerous unless it is due severe muscle disease. See these sites for more info.

Need better info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would have helped to know the actual values rather than the ratio.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i recently had blood work done and it indicated that my bun was high at 22 with egfr at 87 and bun/creatine level of 21. should i be concerned?

Kidney function est: Estimating kidney function is just that, an estimate. There are a few ways to actually measure kidney function, but for most people an estimate by blood testing is adequate. Unfortunately the equations that report GFR are very very inaccurate in higher levels of kidney function. At my clinic we stop reporting the exact estimate and instead simply record it as 60+ as a way to reassure our patients.

Ck: It isn't unusual for ck to be elevated after vigorous workouts.

A : A rising creatinine level indicates decreasing kidney function.  This can be caused by several different factors, but i suspect that, in your case, it's most likely due to your high blood pressure. The fact that you're on three different medications suggests that management of your blood pressure is difficult.

The most important thing you can do is to take your medications as instructed, follow the dietary restrictions your doctor has probably given you, and stay well-hydrated.  Yes, it may also be appropriate to change meds or doses, but that's something you'll need to discuss with your regular doctor.

Have you been tested for renal artery stenosis?  Narrowed arteries going to the kidneys can cause high blood pressure, and are potentially correctable. In addition, the group of antihypertensive medicines (of which Lisinopril is one) can worsen renal function in patients with renal artery stenosis.

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results, information is lost in ratios.

3 beers would not: Do it.  CPK is an enzyme that muscle cells contain.  So if you had recent muscle damage or a bruise, it will raise its value.  Sometimes statin class of drugs that lowers cholesterol can raise cpk.  Ask the doctor who ordered the test why he got it and what the abnormality means to you.

Probably nothing: This s a minimal elevation which can be caused from many things- alcohol, virus, or meds. This is not a clinically relevant elevation.
