: You have had a two year lease on life and should be regularly checked by you encological team to prepare for likely scenarios. The question are these "probably reactive?"  well yes.

extraprostatic finding with no explanation? if this is normal then why list it?
if it helps, the prostate mri revealed 3 pirad 3 lesions and one pirad 4. under going biopsy soo?

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.  It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.

Blood cells and fat: Bone marrow is a mixture of developing and mature blood cells and fat.  The precursors of white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets start in the bone marrow and mature into their final forms before entering the circulatory system.

what are the symptoms of 'bone marrow suppression'?

Many: Bone marrow makes red cells that carry oxygen , white cells that protect you from infection, and platelets that stop you from bleeding. If bone marrow suppressed you will have anaemia-low red cells cause fatigue, infections since low white cells, and bleeding caused by low platelets.  It can range from no symptoms-mild to severe.  All depends on severity of the suppression.

how much pain is expected from giving bone marrow to someone that needs it?

It is not too bad: There are 2 different ways bone marrow(stem cells) can be given to someone. One is quite simple and has literally no pain(it is called peripheral stem cell collection by apheresis). The other, more commonly used in the past, is true bone marrow donation which requires general anesthesia in order to draw the bone marrow from the hip bones and does cause more discomfort than the blood stem cell coll.
