Probably heroes: I have never seen shingles on a scrotum in 35 years of practice. Shingles occur along nerve distribution usually along the ribs, face, and hip areas. You most likely have herpes. See your doctor to look at them and can get a heroes blood test

Probably shingles: Herpes zoster (shingles) sounds much more liikely. Genital herpes typically dosn't involve either buttocks or scrotum, especially both. Singles rash is usually more severe, more pain and more sores turning into black scabs. Lab testing can confirm which virus is responsible, and you also need a prescription for treatment. See your doctor ASAP; treatment most effective the sooner it's started.

Still not herpes: This is virtually the same as another question a few days ago. Same answer: not herpes. Herpes would not cuase "linear marks", and herpes skin lesions cannot look pretty much the same for 10 days. By that time they would be mostly scabs and healing. Probably these marks have nothing to do with your recent sexual contact. See doctor if you remain concered about them.

Rash: Red itchy scrotum.  You need to see a dermatologist. You have been tested for multiple possibilities by someone who can actually examine you, and yet you expect that people who have not will diagnose this?  See an expert and have this assessed professionally.
