No: Bacitracin is used to treat bacterial skin infections.  Genital herpes is caused by the herpes virus, which is treated with antiviral medications.

Not really: Acyclovir cream is used for oral herpes. It is not useful for genital herpes. You need to take acyclovir by mouth for genital herpes.

Usually quicker: With initial genital herpes, node inflammation usually starts within 2-3 days of lesion onset. Maybe a week, but not usually. Some cases never get node inflammation, especially if the infection isn't truly primary -- i.e. if previous HSV1, the first episode of genital HSV2 often is milder without inguinal node involvement. I hope a swab test was done to document HSV from lesion and virus type.

Blood test: There are blood tests for both HSV 1 and 2. Genital infection is usually caused by HSV 2. Lack of genital lesions does not rule out HSV 2 infection. It would be prudent to consult your doctor for proper testing.

It is best to treat: herpes when initial symptoms (before blisters appear) like burning, itching, pain starts, then it shortens the course and can prevent the blisters from forming. Once lesions are present, taking pills may only shorten blister duration by a day or two

Viral shedding : It is possible to shed the virus through intact skin.If one has a history of genital herpes, it can be contagious without an open or obvious lesion.

Tested for what?: You have herpes and there is no need to retest for that.
If you are asking for retest for HIV, you may redo the test in 6 months or so. However, if you are engaging in at risk behavior, you should get tested regularly.
