Close observation: Ovarian cancer is not per se"hereditary." we do know that there is a gene that carries a predilection to certain cancers. On this gene lies all female cancers, colon cancer and prostate cancer , even if you have this gene it does not guarantee you will get cancer . If you know this gene is in your family you must be vigilant to watch for them and start younger than other people.

?: Are you 19 or 31?  Either way ovarian cancer is rare except in brca mutation carriers and even then is quite early.  Not sure what you mean by "all the signs".  Ovarian cancer seldom presents early, symptoms are usually a sign of advanced disease.  I advise you visit your gyn and get a good examination.  Hope it is nothing serious.

Extreme rare: Ovarian cancer is so rare in teens that I hesitate to even say there are symptoms that are common to it, because it just never happens. If it did ever occur, symptoms would be similar to those of older women developing it. If you know of a teen having pelvic or abdominal symptoms of some sort, I would bet any amount of money it has a different cause than ovarian cancer and the should see doctor.

No: Irregular periods are not a symptom one usually associates with ovarian cancer. If you missed a period then start with a  home pregnancy test. If negative an Obgyn can evaluate you and offer options for menstrual cycle regulation. If you have other symptoms that make you concerned for cancer please address them with your doctor.

It depends.: Pain and bloating can be signs of ovarian cancer, but they can be just from a painful period.  Ovarian cancer would be more likely in older women, like 40+ years, and most likely in women 70+ years.  Other tests, like pelvic exam, ca-125, and transvaginal ultrasound would be needed.
