Hep B: If you have chronic hep b, then your doctor will follow liver function tests, hep b viral dna load, hep b eag/ab. You may also need surveillance for liver cancer with regular liver sonogram and AFP (a tumor marker blood test).

Uncertain: The total hep A AB measures both the IgM that is elevated around the time of infection, and the IgG that is elevated for the rest of your life starting several weeks after your exposure to the virus.  To really get useful information, you have to separate the IgG and the IgM.  It may be possible to do that on the blood sample the lab already has, without getting blood drawn again.

Need more info: Interpreting blood antibody results for all the various hepatitis diagnoses (a, b, c, d etc) is fraught with pitfalls. To answer your question the specific lab results (and technical description of what was ordered) are needed.

Hepatitis B: If you are HepB surface antigen and HepB eAg positive you have a very active infection with this virus. Have no idea what shots you are referring to but they are not likely to help you, and whether your fetus will be affected is problematic. See your obstetrician and if possible either a GI or infectious diseases expert who deals with Hepatitis B infections, and do this ASAP.

Small Chance: This is possible, since the hepatitis virus can be transmitted from the man to the woman via unprotected sex (which would be needed for pregnancy). The risk of hep c being transmitted from mother to child is about 7-8%, though this is higher if the mother is also hiv-positive.
