Small white hard: Not being there to examine you, it can be either and then again neither.  At your age, it is probably nothing malignant.  If it is concerning to you, then go see your PCP for him to have a look at it.

Hemorrhoid infection: You have developed a small abscess probably from the constricted hemorrhoid. If pus is coming out you need to see your doctor so he can take a look at it

Care of hemorrhoids: Hemorrhoids often cause pain and bleeding in the rectal/anal area. They can be associated with purple lump or lumps by the anus that change, soften. Sometimes they clot aka thrombose. They are often made worse by straining with constipation. A bowel regimen to achieve two soft bowel movements daily is helpful.

Need to examine: The lumps may be thrombosed hemorrhoids, but it is not feasible to be sure without examining you. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an in-person evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Many possibilities: A pruritic mass in the perianal area can be many things.  Internal/external hemorrhoids can protrude and cause itching, and is easily diagnosed on physical exam.  Fistula with abscess, inclusion cysts of skin, and condyloma also can give these symptoms.  Rarely cancers of the skin or rectum can protrude.  See a general surgeon for complete exam, endoscopy and biopsy if necessary!

i found some whitish and seems like fluid filled lumps deep in my anus. could it be hemorrhoids?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It may be hemorrhoids but it is not feasible to say without examining you. It would be prudent to see a doctor, especially if there is any bleeding.
