Not common: At 49 y.o. cyst are not uncommon but most are clear with serous fluid, just enough to keep ducts open.  Hemorrhagic cysts not that common and one must ascertain they are not developing into cytst lesions.  Cytology of bloody fluid might be valuable along with MRI of breast if mammo neg. BRACA should also  be tested to see if genetic changes familial.

Cyst: Cyst is a small noncancerous growth. Haemorrhagic means you've had some bleeding into it.  Usually this is not of concern and may have some pain initially that settles.  Your doctor may need to follow up with a repeat scan.  Would be important to see them to discuss the significance of this result and whether consistent with what they were looking for or whether need to consider other causes.

Sometimes: After you ovulate you often times have a hemorrhagic cyst called a hemorrhagic corpus luteum.  If you have endomtriosis implants on the ovary this can increase the pain.  However, in an endomtriosis patient this could also be an early endometrioma, so get follow up.  Leakage of blood into the pelvic from the cyst may also increase pain.

Need to know more: Like how big is it? Where is it located? Is it stable? You need that information to determine risk and consequences of rupture. Until that info is available i would refrain from any contact sports or endurance activity. Mild/moderate exercise on elliptical, yoga or. Pilates would be prudent in the meantime.

Individual case: This is highly specific case and will need to address one on one with the doctor who has done your exam and who can evaluate your sonogram. Hemorrhagic cysts are typically benign and resolve on their own without treatment.
