Trauma growth: By far most hemangioms do not cause any issues at all some are large and like any big complex of blood vessels a traumatic injury like car accident boxing or even skate board fall can break it open or rupture.... Also very rarely they will continue to grow and eventually rupture.

Probably nothing: If the red spots on your skin are cherry hemangiomas / "Campbell de Morgan spots", relax, they mean absolutely nothing. Maybe one person has a hemangioma or two or three in the liver and it's a non-issue itself -- a Gorbachev birthmark, a curiosity. Be thankful for good health.
