Bacterial infection: Heel lesions with small holes in the skin are caused by a kind of strep called pitted keratolysis. It is caused by excessive sweating which allows the bacteria to over grow. Decrease sweating with antiperspirant at night on feet, insole to absorb excessive sweat and topical Erythromycin as used for acne.

Culture: To distinguish a culture is necessary. A faster test for fungus is a koh. The fungus can be seen under the microscope. A dilute clorox bath will help decrease bacteria.

: If a dermatologist perceives nothing abnormal, even when dry, probably nothing is wrong. This seems like nothing to worry about.

Angiomas?: Red 2-3mm bumps are angiomas and they are common.  Brown, waxy stuck on spots are seborrheic keratosis.  You need to see a dermatologist in order to be evaluated properly.

HIV Wounds: Patients with HIV infection are a unique subset of patients that are seen by dermatologists and wound care specialists because in addition to the usual types of wounds (venous stasis ulcers, for example), they can develop many unusual wounds. You need to be seen by a specialist as soon as possible to assess the wounds. Sometimes, biopsies are needed to help with the diagnosis.

When we say : Lesions it is different than adhesions which is scare tissue.  A lesion is a general term, usually for nodes of malignancy, low probability here. Who said you had "lesions?" if  someone where to think they found cancer, they would have followed up.   I do not think your leg pain related to pelvic organs.  Standing a lot?  Type of shoes? Start in foot and work up or go down back of leg? Sleeping?
