Infection: Any piercing or any skin break anywhere in your body is a break in your most external defense. So there is always a risk of infection. There are enough studies to show that being overweight carries much higher risk of infection.

Try more fiber: As long as you are not having pain or blood in the stools (see MD), then one home treatment you can try to help with your digestion would be increasing the water and fiber in your diet.  If you are having lots of gas (bubbly in abdomen) then you might want to add a probiotic also.  Yogurt or capsule form of probiotic may help with your digestion. If no improvement then see your doctor.

Does not explain weight gain: I am assuming when you say you have a cyst,  that the cyst is around the area of the piercing. Not having the advantage of examining you i don't know if this is infected or not. I recommend that you remove the belly ring immediately, and gently cleanse the area around the navel.  If the skin is red or if there is any discharge or blood from the area, i urge you to seek medical attention right away.

Stomach pains. : This can be a number of things including Irritable bowel syndrome. 
If you have any of the following associated with the pains, you will want to have this checked out further by a specialist: change in bowel habits, blood in stool, very dark stools, fever, weight loss, night time symptoms.

More fat: Waist increase is strongly associated with gaining fat.  Since you have not gained weight overall, it suggested that you have lost lean body mass, which would mostly be muscle.  Talk to your doctor about whether you might have too much steroids (from medications or your own adrenal glands), and if muscle building exercises would be safe for you.  Too much levothyroxine can also cause muscle loss.

Losing weight: It's a great idea, if you can do it. Excess abdominal fat tissue does increase your risk of infection with any surgery, including piercing. And you will feel better about yourself. Go for it!

Rare, but yes...: It could be something else.  Your description fits a fair number of differential diagnoses  (possible medical conditions).  The information needed  to confirm or rule out each possibility include: symptoms, changes in function of different organ systems, physical examination, labs and radiologic studies.  Some of the possibilities are quite serious, so i think it is not ok to ignore.  See your doc.

when i do the pull-up exercise, and also when i get mentally disturbed, i get a strong cramp three fingers below the navel, then i go to the toilet and defecate, and i lost weight because of this. can you help me with a medicine ?
