Either way: Yes it could go either way, but there is no reason to truly worry since there is nothing to do but wait and retest yourself.  I know thats easier said then done, and i hope it works out.

It is possible: It is possible but implantation bleeding is usually not heavy. If you think you may be pregnant please take a pregnancy test. They are most accurate 3 weeks after sexual activity or one week after a missed period. If you are having unprotected sex then please take a prenatal vitamin with folate (folic acid) daily to prevent birth defects.

: No. Implantation bleeding is uncommon and just spotting.
Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days.
