Dry eyes?: The sensation of 'heavy eyes' is most commonly due to dry eyes. Other symptoms include burning sensation, fluctuating vision, and even excessive tearing.  Dry eyes can be exacerbated by computer use due to the decreased blink reflex.  You can try otc artificial tears as a trial to see if that will help.  If it does, you should see an eye md for definitive treatment.

Reduced productivity: Go to your eye doctor and get a refraction done to reduce eye strain, so you can go back to enjoying reading, seeing beauty, and other fun things. No need to suffer like this! Poor vision and tired eyes doesn't make for a happy person!

i have heavy eyes and headache  every time i start to read i got my sight checked. i'm using new specs but it's didn't improve. my headache got worse?

Scotopic?: If your vision has been corrected and you still have these symptoms, you may have a problem with sensitivity to light as reflected on the printed page.  You could try to read with a colored overlay or different lighting.  Fluorescent lighting may be the problem. Have an eye specialist examine you first then try changing the backgrounds or lighting.

Hot in Mumbai?: Your hemoglobin and age are normal but you may have the low BP-heavy eye,  chronic fatigue syndrome. Only a thorough investigation can determine this as it's a diagnosis of exclusion. I urge you to seek further help. Warm wishes.

Stress,tension: I feel that you would benefit from stress management therapy. Your symptoms are probably all stress and tension related, but if visual symptoms are significant, an ophthalmologist should also examine you as well.

Ear disease: Most dizziness comes from subtle ear diseases that your primary doctor may not have the equipment to detect. Most conditions are easily treatable. Visit an ENT doctor fr an exam.

See a doctor: Possibly an infectious diseases expert. Malaria and typhoid are not common in the usa, but if you are elsewhere these may have to be looked for.  Your symptoms are too non-specific to suggest a specific diagnosis, but you sound sufficiently ill to require care.  Hope you get better soon.
