i have pain in my arm for a few weeks now.  i have been experiencing getting hot a sweaty very easily and recently have diarrhoea and headaches. i am worried about heart issues because it runs in the family. ?

Secondary RP, which is also referred to as syndrome occurs in association with a variety of conditions including cardiac conditions.

Maybe: If your "heart hurts", you should surely be concerned. But how do you know it's your heart? There are a lot of causes of pain in the chest. The heart is only one. The cornerstone of treatment is an accurate diagnosis. You need evaluation.

bp ranges 120/80 to 137/90.  hr 60-80. chol 170 but trig 300.  can high trig give symptoms?  can one still have heart issues w/ normal bp?

Possibly, and yes: Possible symptoms from high tg include GI effects (fatty liver, change in bowels), as well as an increased risk of  pancreatitis when tg are extremely high.  High BP is one risk factor for CAD but multiple thers exist and patents can certainly develop heart issues despite a normal bp.

my heart sometimes feels like it beats fast and then it returns to normal but it's only really quick. is this normal, should i be concern, i have no heart issues and i'm not overweight. been noticing it more and more lately?

: Very difficult to determine if you have a cardiac arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) by how you feel.  If this is a real concern, see a doctor.  He/she can run an EKG and, if OK, reassure you.  If truly irregular, you will need a more complete work-up by a Cardiologist
