Well sort of : Vaginal discharge will change throughout the menstrual cycle. Some odor just occurs from sweat and secretions. Think about how your armpits and bottom work.  On the other hand, vaginal odor can be a sign of bacterial vaginosis. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a yeast infection. Sometimes vaginal odor can be a sign of a sexual transmitted infection. It is a good idea to get checked out.

Symptoms : If you have no symptoms of burning, itching, urinary symptoms, discharge, foul smell and sexual intercourse is not painful, it is likely that you don't have an infection though some infections like cervicitis can be asymptomatic, having a physician do a pelvic examination, vaginal examination and colposcopy will be useful in reassuring you.

Unlikely, but...: Weed use is not recommended. The intentional habit of inhaling burning organic material, combined with various chemicals used in the growing and manufacturing of that material (regardless of whether it is tobacco, marijuana, or any other plant) is bad for the body. Just think about it. Who would intentionally start something burning and inhale the stuff over and over and over?
