i am embarassed to ask but what is a health app?

Health information: Apps are computer programs designed for mobile devices such as iphones and androids (methyltestosterone).  They are loaded onto such devices and then perform desired tasks.  Health apps are those related to disease, drug use, anatomy, physician seeking and other aspects of health care.  They can be useful but carry the same limitations as do health sites accessed on a regular computer.

my health app tells me to eat 500 fewer calories per day in order to lose at least 1 lb. per week. i incorporate cardio into my routine throughout the week, but why is 500 the magic number? the app starts out at 2100 calories. why is 500 significant?

: 500 fewer calories is just a number, it is a target for you to aim for. Losing weight is an exercise discipline. Whatever energy source you eat during the day and do not burn off with exercise will be stored as fat. So if you eat less and exercise more and you will lose weight. Keep at it but don't make your goal unreasonable. Best wishes

Touch the HOME icon?: On an iPad, I can pinch the screen, and the app closes. There might be an &quot;X&quot; on a tab for the app, that also closes the app. On other devices, there should also be a &quot;home&quot; symbol or icon that you can touch to leave the app and go to the home page. There may also be an &quot;X&quot; on a tab for this app on Android.

Here is one: There is an excellent iphone / ipad / ipod app that gives research-based preventive health recommendations on cancer tests, vaccines and healthy lifestyle behaviors is called my health checklist 2012. Written by a doctor, it is easy to understand and use, and allows you to generate lists of recommendations by age and gender, high risk factors, and a complete a-z topic list. Check it out in itunes!

my heart rate bpm, resting heart rate have been over 105 for longer then 2 weeks now, my heart rate has been so hig for such long periods of time even that my watch sends me a noice/ 155 is cmmn and saves it to my health app on mhy phone i am tired24?

good morning. is the live health app still working? i know with covid everything has changed. i am dealing with sinus pressure for over a week now and feel at this point an antibiotic is needed, but i would rather not go inside.

Telemedicine: Not sure which company's live health app you are referring to.  HealthTap does have a telemedicne features. You can also see if your physician is provide virtual health/ telemedicine appointments.  You need to be evaluated before a provider can prescribed medications.
