i have moved from a combine contraceptive pill to a pop pill as i was suffering with migraines on the combine pill, why am i still getting headaches?

Estradiol not cause: Perhaps the estradiol in the combined oral contraceptives was not the cause of your headaches.  Progestins in POPs can cause headaches in some patients.  It is also possible that your headaches are not related to any external hormones.  If headaches during menses, you may actually need estrogen during your period.  Consider IUD or other non-hormonal option, keep headache diary, then see your dr.

Seek care: Any time your typical headache symptoms change, seek an evaluation.  In general, migraines tend to change over time, but you want a proper work up and treatment.

Contraception pill: Have you considered it may be the new contraceptive pill?  Seems symptoms are related to when the pill was changed. I would go back to the gynecologist who changed the pill.

They can: Usually I would give the pill about a 3 month trial.  Your body should adjust in that time and if the pill is going to work for you the headaches will subside by that time.  If you have persistent headaches at 3 months then it may be time to switch pills.  Remember that switching may require another 3 months of adjusting to new side effects!

Maybe: Any changes in hormones can have the effects you describe.  Make sure you stay super well hydrated as #1 cause of headache is dehydration.  Also consider other reasons that you could be tired.

Not toothache: A toothache would not normally have anything to do with birth control pills.

Neither: Oral contraceptive tolerance is trial and error.   There's no evidence that one combination or dosage causes fewer side-effects then the other.   The side-effects you mention are very common but don't typically last more then three months on a new contraceptive.

Take pregnancy test: If you missed a week of your birth control pills, they will no longer be protecting you from unintended pregnancy. If your period is late this month, i recommend taking a home pregnancy test. If you frequently have trouble remembering to take your birth control pills, you also might consider talking to your doctor about using a different form of contraception.
