Need to examine: Your symptoms could be due to many causes, including anemia, dehydration, poor nutrition or a systemic illness. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.

Headache : Does your headache radiate around your head or is it located in one place?  Do you have flashing lights in your eyes when you have the headaches?  Of you do, you could have migraine headache. That is called the prodrome. If it feels like a band around your head, it could be a tension headache.  I hope this helps.
