26 sept. took a cheap preg test this a.m after having nausea and headaches for 2days got a + result.
took 3 more tests the afternoon with diff pee and got negatives. i'm conflicted. am i pregnant??

Blood test: If you had sex since your last period, and missed your period by 4-5 days, get a blood test for HCG level to settle the matter. 
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Headaches : Headaches are common in pregnancy. You were right to see a doctor to make sure you blood pressure was ok as headache can be a sign of preeclampsia. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe for use for headaches. Keep working with your doctor for further evaluation.

Jaundice: Yellow eyes are worrisome. It could indicate liver disease such as hepatitis. Consult with your primary care physician as soon as possible.

See below: Though there are a variety of causes of dark urine, the most common cause is dehydration (inadequate fluid intake) which "could" also explain some of your other described symptoms. You might first consider significantly increasing your fluid/water intake until your urine is a clear-to-light yellow in color (signifying good hydration) and see if your other symptoms resolve. If not, recommend see MD

See doctor.: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  Cloudy urine suggests urinary infection but there appears to be more than that.  It would be prudent to see your doctor.

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

see a neurologist: All symptoms except " increased urination can be part of migraine headaches. If this is your 1st. Ever headache then see a neurologist urgently otherwise on elective basis.

Joint pain, headache: Not sure of previous question. With these symptoms check CRP, sed rate, rheumatoid factor ( ana is not always  positive even in lupus), Ds DNA, CXR ( goodpasture's, wegners)check for sarcoid-usually not kidneys  ( ACE) or biopsy of lymph node/lip. Would follow up with rheumatologist
