Many causes: The most common causes of headache at your age are either a migrane or tension headache or sinus infection. ( if you have cold) is it continuous or on and off? Headache lasting that long may be serious and would warrant evaluation.

There are many benign causes of prolonged headaches - problems with teeth, sinuses, neck, sleep issues - or infections of certain types - but there can be other more worrisome issues that should be evaluated.
