i have headache due to high blood pressure saw my dr yesterday and on medication but i was wondering if heat or cold would help?

Hypertension: As a general rule heat opens up or dilates the arteries and arterioles of the body and lowers the blood pressure. Cold does the opposite and can raise the blood pressure. Medications are the proper way to lower bp, however.

Headaches would be unlikely to be caused by 132/88 unless you suddenly went from a usual BP.of 100/70 to 132/88.as the rate of the rise is key. Your resting heart rate of 86 is a little high.
