See your: primary care doctor if no chance of seeing a neurologist to help eliminate other causes for your symptoms.  At your age there are other possibilities especially if these symptoms began after recovery from concussion.

Not so fast ...: You can perform at your best when properly nourished (not hungry), rested (no sleep deficit), well (checkup) and is familiar settings (not new).Common things are more likely to trigger the issues you report, rather than a rare condition.You need to meet with your doc and bring along a list.Write down a description of all your issues, how they started, etc so you don't forget any.

Need to rule out if there has been head trauma including a concussion, drug use or febrile illness. There are many different possibilities and a more complete history and physical exam is necessary.

Concussions syptoms: take months to clear in many cases.  Multiple concussions cause more difficulty than one.  It is important to be monitored by your doc.  Loss of consciousness is not necessary.  Peace and good health.

Dementia: Memory is required for orientation - you have to remember where you are! memory & disorientation are part & parcel of dementia, although this can also be found in depressed patients who aren't paying attention to their surroundings. Delirious patients can also demonstrate memory loss & disorientation. Regardless, someone showing these symptoms needs to be evaluated.

had severe headaches past 2 days. slept on and off all day yesterday. headache finally gone but now feeling disoriented, loss of appetite, frequent urge to urinate despite not drinking much fluids, fatigue, light headed & queasy at times. no fever.
