Heart failure: The  upper abdominal swelling, swollen feet and headache could all be related.  It merits a careful medical examination.  Hypertension, if it exists, can cause headaches and heart failure; the heart failure can cause a congested (swollen) liver and edema (swelling) of ones feet.  Usually, one tries to explain multiple symptoms with as few causes as possible.

Pre-eclampsia?: Swollen feet are common during pregnancy, but when present with headache, you should get your BP (blood pressure). If BP is elevated, go check with you obstetrician asap as you may have or be at risk of pre-eclampsia, a dangerous condition which can be corrected if diagnosed and treated on a timely basis. Lab tests if showing incr protein in the urine may explain the foot swelling in pre-eclampsia.

i am 30 weeks pregnant and have had diarrhea for almost three weeks now constant literally 7-12 times a day. severe lower back pain, headaches and swollen feet. is this normal?

I would be concerned: And contact my oby-gyn. You can easily get dehydrated. I would also be concerned of the etiology of the condition.

39 weeks prego sometimes when i'm laying on my back i can't breath i have swollen feet but when i layer they deflate, headache,  its dangerous? thanks

Respiratory Distress: You should see your physician.  Difficulty breathing while prone could be a sign of CHF (congestive heart failure) which is a build up of fluid in your lungs.  This is also consistent with swelling in the legs and ankles.  You need to have a work-up.

have a constant headache, low grade fever & swollen feet for 3 weeks. ct scan of head and cbc normal. no relief with prednisone or pain meds. help?

Headache: This is a common complaint and can result from many underlying illnesses.  You have a fever of undetermined origin, and without knowing what evaluations have been done and the rest of the medical history and exam my best suggestion would be to see an infectious diseases expert. Do not know why you were given prednisone, but this does not, superficially, sound like a good idea. See an id doc.

Signs : Signs of fibromyalgia are:
muscle pain
muscle spasms or tightness
weakness in the arms and legs
leg cramps
fatigue 
difficulty sleeping
stiffness once you wake up waking 
stiffness after staying in one position for too long
problems remembering and concentrating
abdominal pain
bloating
nausea
constipation 
diarrhea 
headaches
jaw and face pain
anxiety
depression
numbness or tingling in the face, arms, hands, legs, or feet
urinary changes
a feeling of swelling in the hands and feet
painful menstrual periods
dizziness
sensitivity to  odors, noise, bright lights, medications, certain foods, and cold (may not be to all things listed)

as you see this is a pretty extensive list and a difficult diagnosis to make at times. Please see a medical professional for an evaluation.

If you  have: Missed your discharge and are sexually active - would encourage you to take a home pregnancy test. Take care.

Call OB Dr.: First call your OB-Gyn or FM Dr. to see if they want to meet you at the hospital or see you in the office the next day. Do you have a history of preeclampsia in past pregnancy?

i skipped placebo bcp yaz 2 weeks ago. now i feel pregnancy symptoms such as nausea, being bloated, swollen feet, headaches, etc. haven't had unprotected intercourse. could it be really a pregnancy or is it the skipping of thr placebos causing this?

Skipping them causes: Skipping the placebos causes nothing, as long as a woman doesn't start the next pack of Yaz until the placebo days are passed (placebos have no medicinal effect). But, if she starts a new pill pack on the day placebos are supposed to start, she will get longer hormonal therapy without a break and may get symptoms. In such cases, taking a placebo week and maybe a pregnancy test may give answers.

what can cause lower back pain, cramping in lower part of stomach, headache's,  swollen feet (once), & hips pain. can it be my period?

Dysmenorrhea : Yes if you are close to getting periods or on menstruation you can get pain in  those areas. It should subside with your menstruation.
