Physical Exam: While a lot of somatic body feelings occur when you are sixteen you need a check up, labs and consultation with a physician to make sure every thing is OK.
Don't worry just follow through and get checked out.

stuffed nose. only on one side but switches sides , headache and neck pain on the same side. headaches also switch sides. facial twitching and tingling. made better by using saline rinse and nasal strips. but only temporary relief . been 3 months now?

: You need to see an ear, nose and throat doctor to get this examined and determine what is causing your symptoms. Once the cause is identified, a treatment can be given. The doctor may need to look into your nose with a small scope in the office to determine what the problem is. So, see an ENT doctor for diagnosis and treatment. Good luck to you!

See an ENT doctor: Your persistent headache and leaking from one side of the nose intermittently with the other symptoms that you have may be signs of a leaking spinal fluid. You need to see a ear nose and throat Doctor who will then order a CAT scan and some other tests. Because of your symptoms you should do this as soon as possible.

Moans, bones...: Abdominal groans. The above are symptoms of parathyroid disease. I would start with an endocrinologist at this time. May be able to lump all these symptoms together. Or, more likely, explain some. Attack one piece at a time. Move on to a neurologist for headache. Gi doc or general surgeon for abdominal pain.  Etc.

could it be a tension headache? pain that lasts for more than 15 days..pain around eyes/cant look upward or downward or even to both sides of pain/hot sensation/ pressure around scalp/neck pain especially if turn to one side/sedatives r useless

Head Pain: That set of symptoms may be more than tension headaches but treatable.  Please see your doctor ASAP.  He/she may refer you to an eye doctor.  Peace and good health.

Neck pain: From an orthopedic standpoint, the neck pain/headache and the back/leg pain are most likely separate conditions.  The diffuse nature of your complaints suggests a systemic condition, such as possibly a viral syndrome.  If the symptoms persist i would certainly recommend evaluation with a physician.

Cervical Headaches: Cervical headaches are commonly caused by nerve compression (spinal stenosis) in the neck.  The cervical nerve can be pinched by disc herniations which travel to the muscles in the back of the neck and cause headaches.

This can be confirmed with a cervical MRI
