Migraine: The zig zag lights are typical for occipital migraine.  Although the real cause of migraines is still not known, it certainly seems that pregnancy has increased the frequency and patterning for you.  These are short term and will not affect your health or the health of your developing baby.

Cervicogenic: A cergicogenic headache is caused by painful spams in the posterior neck muscles pulling on the back of the skull. Because the muscles on the skull are all attached to the same membrane, tension on one part of this membrane sets up a chain rxn that can cause other muscles to spasm, resulting in severe headache pain and neck pain, which, if severe enough, can cause nausea.

See a doctor, soon: You sound miserable, I'm very sorry. You can 1) see your doctor in the office 2) go to ER if your pain is bad enough. Migraine sometimes requires a neurologist to help manage. I hope you feel better.
