i get strong head pressure when lying down to go to sleep. it feels as if blood is rushing to my head and stays there. strong heart beat as well.

Possible anxiety: If you are anxious or worried this may be a physical response to the pressure.  Review this with your doctor and get an EKG to reassure you that your heart is stable.  Depending on your age, circumstances, and physical condition, you may need medication for this and counseling.  In the meantime change head positions or pillows. Sleep is healing and even helps with migraines or tension headaches.

what are these 'episodes' that come in waves? -head pressure, -fast hard heart beat , -tingle and numb face, arm, leg, -freezing cold -slowed speech and walk. (went to urgent care, went to er, had mri, ct scan, went to neurologist...?

: What did the neurologist think was the problem?  If all tests and the neurologist's evaluation revealed no pathology, the symptoms may be  anxiety reactions or panic episodes.  If so, stress management therapy should be helpful. However, first &amp; foremost the neurologist must agree that no further neurological workup is needed.

took a pill of butal apap for head, heartbeat kinda fast. not sure if due to flu, fever or medication. can i take excedrin for horrible headache?

Get an evaluation: You know something isn't right.  It's NOT impossible that anxiety can cause all these findings, but it seems unlikely.  Perhaps you have a heart rhythm disturbance, or more concerning an Endocrine disturbance.  Ignore it at your own peril.  Get seen and get well soon.

TOS: One  possibility is thoracic outlet syndrome  which is a  condition that involves pain in the neck and shoulder, . The thoracic outlet is the area between the rib cage and  blood vessels and nerves coming from the spine or major blood vessels of the body pass through a narrow space near your shoulder and collar bone. Consult  your physician to rule out this condition.
