i hit my head on a window frame. i hit the temple, left side, above the back of my cheekbone and at level with my eyebrow. it hurts when i add pressure to it and it hurts when i chew. i don't have a headache yet. what should i do?

Ice + pain meds: Sounds like you are sore where you got hit.  Take some analgesia and ice may help.  If symptoms persist or change or your teeth do not feel right when you close your mouth you may need an xray.

Post traumatic HA: Head hits can lead to daily headache, plus muscle tightness of face, jaw and neck. Likely this will resolve on it's own within 4 weeks or less. For the first 2 weeks, it's okay to take over-the counter Ibuprofen or Naproxen as needed. If it persists beyond 2 weeks, get in to a neurologist for evaluation and management. Good luck!

Maybe tmd: You may have a TMJ disorder.  I would suggest a TMJ specialist for an evaluation and possible diagnosis.  Diagnosis may also involve other doctors including an ent, neurologist, pain specialist, and headache specialist.

Pain with chewing: This is caused by trauma to the temporalis muscle which is one of the muscles of mastication (chewing).  If there is any swelling or bump there then you probably developed a hematoma (bad bruise with a blood collection).  I would ice 3x per day about 5-10 minutes long each time.  You can take some advil (ibuprofen) 600 tid or a natural supplement bromelain 1000 mg tid.  This should improve in 3-7 days.

Headaches are very common, and have many causes. Some are migraines and others are tension headaches. Emergencies include having a "worst headache ever," a headache that gets worse and worse as the day goes on, a headache accompanied by other major symptoms, etc...
